30A Beachfront Bliss Townhome: Steps from 30A!

Location 10/10, air conditioning worked great, and our bed was comfortable BUT my opinion is that it is not properly maintained but it could be.When you spend what we spent for a weeks vacation you have certain expectations.-coffee table was very wobbly-we had to shove something under the dining room table leg to balance it out to use it -the chain on the master’s fan was broken and I had to take the bulbs out to keep the fan on at night -there were small black bugs in the bottom of the master shower (I have video)-the bottom floor had a substantial leak when it rained (I have video)-the top floor also had a leak when it rained and I fortunately caught it before our bags got wet-the remote in the master has buttons that don’t work so you can’t use the tv-the lent trap in the dryer was not properly cleaned it was all down the back of the dryer -there is a strong sulphur odor in the master shower, that I’m assuming was minerals in the water but it was off putting -the master bed popped loudly when you’re in the bed and we figured out one of the center legs was broken and we tried to resituate it -would have preferred more bath towels for our group they had minimal -kitchen was better stocked than most, that was nice My final note is about the stairs-if you have older guests or young children they are a hazard. You have to watch what you’re doing. My husband fell down the bottom part.We had a great time, but for the money-we were disappointed in the maintenance

Perfect stay at the beach. Townhome was right on the beach and no steps !!! Home was perfect for our family. Very clean and house was stocked with everything you would ever need. We will definitely be back soon !!!!!!

Location location Location… this is what you’re paying for. The full on ocean view and steps to the beach!The condo itself is a bit worn but clean. 3 out of the 4 people in my party took a spill on the stairs. They are painted and do not have tread or a runner on them. That is the only thing I would say to all new guests. Be careful of the stairs!You can’t beat the location and the fact that you have a parking spot when inlet gets crowded. The house itself was outfitted with plenty of beach chairs. No beach towels though.

The view can't be beat. The unit needs some repairs as it has aged a bit. The stairs are tricky and evidence many trippings, as did each of us. Blackout curtains are needed in the master bedroom as sun comes up early. Also need towel bars in the bathrooms. It is in a good location.

Great place to stay! Very clean, beautiful views!!
